What is the difference between the sprung and rigid throws.
The sprung throws have two internal Stainless springs that take up the over travel designed into all of our throws, The over travel provides about 6 ounces of Point pressure against the stock rails for good contact. The Sprung version is designed to mount directly to the turnout throw bar. The rigid versions require the modeler to form a spring and is used in cases where the throw cannot be mounted to the turnout directly. Examples would be another track is in the way a sturcture will be damaged by reaching over it or scenery is in the way.

I can't see the difference between the Sprung and the Rigid models.
That alright neither can we. The best way to tell the difference is to push on our slide bar with the throw handle at either end of it's travel. If it moves and springs back it's sprung, if it doesn't move it's rigid.
